Each pattern is classed as: Beginner, Intermediate or Master

 

They can be stitched on any even weave material, Aida, linen, DMC and the size of the thread count determines the size of your finished square.

You can use waste tapestry canvas to create blocks on normal fabric for patchwork quilts , on clothing or upholstery.

Any hand  embroidery thread can be used.

If stitching on a cotton fabric think of adding them to your quilts as a central medallion.

These patterns are using 2 types of stitching, back stitch and cross stitch.

Look carefully at each pattern as some combine both techniques and in some there are some very complicated ½ stitches and a few with ¼ stitches, each square on all pattern sheets represents one stitch.
